Self Portrait

This is for my self portrait. I think that this is an overall good self portrait picture. I think that this  that I also love being outside and like to have my picture taken. 

Portrait!

This is my niece Aerianna. I think that this shows her personality really good. It shows that she likes  to play outside and have fun when she can. I took this picture when we were outside messing around and sliding on the ice. 

Something to do with Water!

I decided to use this photo because it is showing ice and ice is water. I think that is looks good with the shadows brought out ore then what they originally were. I think that to make it better I could have gotten closer to the ice. For this picture and the next to I used a FujiFilm FinePix S1000fd. The shutter speed of this is 1/140, the aperture is f/4.5, and the focal length is 12.6mm.

I used this picture because it shows water itself and some ice in it.  I think that since I turned the contrast up more it looks better. I'm not really sure how i could make this one better. The shutter speed of this picture was 1/110, the aperture was f/3.0 and the focal length was 9.3mm.

I chose this picture because I thought that it showed it good example of water  as it is slightly frozen.  I think that some of the colors could have been better. And I think it turned out well besides some of the  colors. The shutter speed of this is 1/300, the aperture is f/4.5, and the focal length is 10.9mm.

Double Exposure

This I think was my best one that I did between these three. It is a colorful forest as the background and then a picture of a rock with leaves on top of it.

This picture is of the Black River for the bottom layer and the a picture of two of my rabbits as the top layer.

This is another one with the same forest as the bottom layer and with a rock for the top layer but it's a different one.. I still like the first one better!

Winter Break

This picture is for "people." These two boys are my cousins. This was taken when they were over at my house. I think that this looks better in B&W then color because there was to much of the same color so i switched it.

This on was taken for "places." This is a picture of almost all of the front of my families house.  I took a picture of this because this is one place that we celebrated Christmas. 

And finally this photo was taken for "things." I think that this  is a good picture because of how the snow is stuck on the windows, and it just looks neat. 

More pictures that are combined

This is a picture of the sunset and moon picture combined. I think that it looks good. 

This is a picture of a bridge and the a river . I think that I could have worked on it a little better.

Typical Day

This is my typical day post. First, I wake up from sleeping. then I do something with my hair. Next , I get dressed. Then I would brush my teeth, and then take a shower. And last I would do my homework.

Centered Composition

When I took these pictures I was walking around the school with some of my friends. So these are the pictures that i'm going to use for my centered composition pictures. I like the second one better because it is in better focus then the other one. I think that the lighting on the top picture is good if it was in more focus. and on the bottom picture there is a glare on some of stuff in the picture.

Re-Edit Post

To make this picture better, I might change it to B&W, crop out some of the stuff on the outside edge and maybe some of the lighting.

Now to do this picture how I did first I copped out some of the sides and then I converted it to B&W, and then last I adjusted the saturation and made it darker.  

To this picture I think that I am going to change this to B&W also, and crop out the things that do not belong in the picture. 

To change this picture I first cropped out all of the stuff on the outside edges, then I converted it to black and white and finally I made the highlights darker than they were. 

I think that to make this picture look better I could mess around with the color and of the lighting and maybe crop something out but I am not sure.

To get this picture like this I had to adjust the contrast, color and the hue to get it the color that I did and I didn't crop anything out of it.

This is a picture of flowers and a jet passing behind a tree put together  with the flowers on the top layer.

And this is a picture of a sunset that I took at my house and a picture of the Black River. with the  sunset of the bottom layer and then the river on the top layer.

Centered Composition

Best of..

These three are my best pictures that I have taken since the last time that we did a "best of." I like the top picture the most. The top picture is of a jet that was flying past my house one morning. I like that one because I took it when I was walking out the bus and my brother told me to take the picture and I think that it turned out really good. The second one and the third one are ones that I took when we went to the Arboretum for class. Out of those two I like the bottom when better. I like this one more because if you look at it in the background you can see someone walking down the path.

Textures

For the textures project I chose to use a picture of mushrooms that I took before my dad chopped them up for something that he was making over Thanksgiving break. I think that this looks better in black and white.  This was my favorite picture from the ones that I took for the textures project.

This was one of my other texture pictures. This is a picture of green peppers that got diced up over Thanksgiving break also. I like this picture but not as much as I like the top picture.

Some of the Alphabet!

These are some of the letters of the Alphabet, For this project we had to take pictures of things that looked like letters but weren't actually real letters. I didn't get all of the letters but i'm going to try and get the rest of the letters and put them on here when I do. This project was kinda hard.

CD Cover

This is my front cover for my CD. My music style was "Swing." For the front cover I just went and got some pictures of some instruments that people use for Swing Music. I like how this front looks because of how I put it together.

This is a picture of my inside cover. This picture was taken in my room. I don't really like how the picture of me looks because of the lighting but other wise I do like it. It even has all of the little writings on it.

And Finally this is the back cover of my Swing CD.  I think that it is a little hard to read the pink song titles but then the blue ones are a lot easier to read. I like the picture because it really stands out and I think that it looks nice with it.

Light and Shadows

I used this picture for my light and shadow because the trees in the back reflect onto the water. I like this picture because of how the trees in the background are lined up with the rock in front of my camera. 

Multi View Picture

For the Multi View project I chose to do it on the  bear that we have mounted in our house.  To do this I had a background layer and then I added three different things to, and then I duplicated the three layers and put them next to each other. I think that this is a good picture. I like how it looks because you can kind of see through the transparent layers to see the background picture on some of the layers. I thought that it would look better in black and white so thats why I kept it in black and white.

"Change of Seasons"

This picture represent Change of Seasons because you usually only carve pumpkins at Halloween, which is in the fall. I think that I should have gotten down farther to take this picture but I think that it still looks fine.

This is showing it because my family always cuts wood for the Winter and for Fall. I think that this picture is an ok one because it is also kind of blurry on the edges around it. 

I think that this picture represents the theme because  you have the dead leafs on the  rock and in the background on the water you can kind of see that the most of the leafs on the trees are gone. 

Replace a Sky

This is my Replace a Sky picture. I think that it is an ok picture. I like this picture because the sky actually kind of goes with the rest of the picture. I don.t like this photo because I am pretty sure that i could have done it better.
